Our recent work in the automotive sector includes:
- preparing over two dozen agreements for distribution of automotives, parts and services, following the European Commission Block Exemption on the Motor Vehicle Sector
- advising a first tier supplier on providing goods and services by way of outsourcing to the assembly line of various volume car manufactures
- advising buying "organisations" on the structure of their agreements with those with whom they deal on both purchase and sale arrangements
- In addition, within the sector we advise on mergers and acquisitions, financing and investments, outsourcing arrangements, as well as on property transfers and commercial disputes.
